Application Details

I applied online. The process took 2+ weeks - interviewed at Wells Fargo in December 2011.

Interview Details

I applied to Wells Fargo at the beginning of December 2009, I had a preliminary assessment that I completed and then passed. I received a call from the HR recruiter and scheduled a team interview. Multiple branch managers attend these group interviews (the group interview is your time to shine!). I received a phone call a couple days after the group interview from the HR recruiter again. She let me know that one of the branch managers was interested in a phone interview with me and scheduled a date and time for our interview. I was contacted by the branch manager, during the phone interview STAR type questions were asked as well as what I would do if..... I waited a day or so to hear back from her and on December 31, 2011 I was offered the teller position with Wells Fargo which was contingent on me passing a drug screening and background check.

Interview Questions
  • All questions are pretty basic and ones that I have heard previously. Nothing too difficult to answer. Just be prepared to answer a number of questions back to back and elaborate and speak in detail as much as possible.   Answer Question
