Interview Details – I'm still in the process. Initial response with the District Manager was very prompt and interview was professionally conducted within a week of me be contacted over the phone. Expect variations of the 3 questions. [Can you do the Job? Do you want the Job? and do I want to work with you.] I'm still waiting to schedule my next interview with the Director of area ops.
Interview Question – I'm sure variations of this have been used before by I was caught a little guard when asked how I would handle working for someone less intelligent than myself. Answer Question

Interview Details – Wendy's loves to use situational questions to determine behaviors. Think of a time when you ___ (did something specific.) You'll need to give an answer, and follow up questions will determine what skills you utilized in order to solve the problem. They'll ask how the situation was resolved. It is a panel interview with, typically, the Director of Area Operations, the District Manager, and/or the Human Resource Representative.
Interview Question – Tell me about a time you had to motivate the crew to meet a certain goal, even though there were obstacles? What skills did you use? Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Things like location are easier to negotiate than, say, pay. Working close to where you live will save you time and take-home pay in the form of gas money, so try to take solace there. Save any negotiating for the offer or orientation stage.
