Interviewed at Wesfarmers

Interview Details – The hiring process involved an online application, a short and unexpected call from an employee to ask you a couple of questions about your application and why you applied and then a group interview. There was 10 applicants in the interview session and we also did 10 minute, speed dating style interviews, with managers, HR and site employees of Wesfarmers.

Interview Question – Most questions were why you want to work for the company. Unexpected questions I was asked were: How do you keep up to date with engineering information and what is happening around the world with technology?(or something like that) and Describe a time when you were disappointed in yourself?   Answer Question
