    I applied through a recruiter. The process took a dayinterviewed at West Bengal, India in June 2011.

    Interview Details

    Following advertisement submitted necessary documents and appeared in the interview in due date. Answered almost all the questions and at the end of it the interviewer told in spite of my qualification, publications and performance in interview he won't be able to select me as he has notice from higher authority to give grace marks to in-service candidates (West Bengal Health Service) and then nobody else stands chance to get selected. And the interview ended.

    • it was not difficult but appeared the interviewer hadn't updated his knowledge for decades as he was sticking to the older guidelines and protocols and on mention of current concepts (even after citing the sources) he was saying "haven't heard this kind of stuff"   Answer Question
