There is a two interview process. First you interview with an HR member, take the assessments, and then you interview with the Head of HR. After drug test you begin 9 week training classes.

It wasn't hard to get the initial interview with the company. I went in and did some typing and skills testing and after they checked my scores, I was set up for the interview. I came back the very next day and was interviewed one on one by a recruiter.

Interviewed Jan 2008 in Huntsville, AL (took a day)
Applied online and at the end of the application was instructed to contact HR to schedule and interview. Arrived for the interview and was given a typing test. After passing the typing test was given a 1:1 interview and had to answer a few questions about how you should interact with customers. After completing this portion was told to go across town and have a drug test. After this was completed I was called back to discuss employment times and days.

I had applied for the Home Agent position. Initially I received an email notifying me that I had passed the application process. A few days later I received a call for scheduling the home interview. I received the call at exactly the time that we had scheduled. The interviewer was very to the point but still personable. There were the typical interview questions: "What can you offer our company?, What is your best/worst trait?"...etc. It was the easiest and least nerve-wracking interview I've ever experienced .

I applied online and immediately was urged to contact human resources for an interview. I did so and had one scheduled for 2 hours later. I was given a typing test and a basic windows test, then one on my approach with dealing with people. I was then taken back for 1:1 interview with a mock phone call about a customer upset about problems with his phone service and package. They then found I had a felony in my past and I was dismissed.

Initial interview conveyed the companys market standing and services rendered. Also asked specific questions about my experience pertaining to the job description. Equipment used; how much experience; ability to work in a fast pace environment.
Interviewers were very pleasant and conveyed a great detail of info concerning the job and responsibilities. Great job.
