Hiring process only takes about 3 days depending on how quickly they need new agents.
They will do a back ground check that you must pay for - $29.00 i believe
They will do a Drug Test - They pay for this themselves

Interviewed Oct 2008 (took 3 weeks)
I applied online and took a series of skills and personality tests. After completion, I was emailed a series of letters describing how the application process would continue. I was called during the second week to discuss the position (phone interview). The third week I received an email stating to get papers notorized and mailed in to start work. It is very easy to get a job with this company!
