I submitted my resume to an online job posting. I was then contacted by an HR manager. We had a brief conversation on the phone where you gathered some additional background information and scheduled an interview for me. I then visited Western Union's office and spoke to a sr. director and a director in the finance group. They were focused on my hard corporate finance skills, my ability to manage projects, and my reason for leaving my current position.
