Interview Details – The interview process was fairly standard. I applied for the role online and was contacted a week or so later for a phone interview with the hr representative. We spoke and everything was great. I was invited to speak with the hiring manager via telephone. We hit it off and I was invited for an in person interview with the hiring manager one of his peers and his boss. I wasn't convinced that the company was for me after meeting everyone. HR asked me to submit an application and provide references after the day of interviews but since I wasn't interested I did not

Interview Question – The in person interview was extremely technical accounting and financial derivation questions. Be sure to ask HR ahead of time what the interview content or structure will be   Answer Question
