I applied online and the process took 3 days - interviewed at Western Governors University in September 2011.
Interview Details – A skills test was performed by a staff member of the University followed by a phone interview with a recruiter. Questions related to the position and recruiter was personable and thorough. The last step in the hiring process rests with Director of Human Resources who had zero interaction with applicant. Standard generic rejection letter issued by Director with no explanation provided. Interview process was elongated and too much time spent by applicant and little or none by Western Governors Human Resouce Department. Would not recommend Institution to any applicant unless they wish to waste time with a very poor Human Resouces Department.
Interview Question – None - all were standard scenario questions like how you would deal with a difficult student, etc. Answer Question
