Rather long interview process. I was referred by another employee, so initially I sent her my resume. I received a call from a recruiter in HR about a week later. After a brief discussion about the available position, I was asked to enter my information on the website and apply for the job (recruiter told me the job number). I worked with the same recruiter throughout the process. Within the week, she calked to schedule the first of three interviews. First interview with the supervisor I would be reporting to directly. 2nd was with manager, 3rd with director. Within a week after the 3rd interview, the recruiter called with an offer. I countered, and recruiter had to call me back. Two days later, i received counter offer and accepted. Whole process was about 3 to 4 weeks.

Standard Interview. 1:1. Basic Questions, for example, why are you the best candidate for this position and situational type questions, like tell me about a time when you had a crisis at work and how you handled it. Did have timed 10 key/typing test and personality test. Took about an hour. Background and Drug test were done about a week later.

The interview was very smooth and to the point. I got a phone interview in creole and a face-2-face with a panel. This was a very solid and to the point interview. All the people in my interview were individuals I actually worked with during my internship.

Due to working nights I scheduled my interview for the morning. Drove all the way across town to the office to have someone either give me the wrong interview date (HR) or change the calender entry once they heard I was in the lobby(Hiring Manager). The next day I was informed that the position had been filled.

The first person I interviewed with made several backhanded remarks about my current company making the conversation very uncomfortable. Then I was handed off to another group. That part of the interview was very awkward because it was a phone interview with a person who had extreemly broken English. I had to ask them to repeat themselves several times... It was very embarassing.

Had a general telephone interview. This was followed by 3 individual interviews with the hiring manager, her peer and her manager. After the 3 interviews I was asked to put together two different presentations and project plans which could be shared with a mythical customer. I presented them to the three interviewers one week later and was offered the job.

Once I'd put the presentations together I realized that the position itself would be an endless repetition of similar presentations. This was not something I was looking for.
