You apply online through their website. Then you get a response from HR with a time to phone interview with two application developers. After that you find out if you are in or not.

Detailed. Panel interview scheduled efficiently, but questions not coordinated. Left impression that company was only concerned with meeting their needs versus finding the best mutual working relationship. If you really want the job, do not ask questions that are of importance to you (unfortunate, since this should be a collaborative and open discussion). Discussions / interviews need to be more evenly balanced if they desire to attract qualified resources that will support long-term strategic growth, whatever that may be (representatives didn't seem to be able to or want to answer strategic questions during the interview process).
There is a great opportunity for an individual with the appropriate approach and expertise in the industry to take this company to a higher level.

Interviewed by branch manager and group director. Typical questions: most/least enjoyable role; most challenging workplace situation & how handled; where do you see yourself in X years, etc. The interview was one of those where everyone present shares similar personality style, career development trajectory and personal investment in promoting excellence - in short, fantastic.

The interview had many different behavioral type questions. I talked to two individuals. They stated that they would call me back to advise of the status, but never did. That seemed pretty unprofessional to me.
