Interviewed Feb 2010 in Kissimmee, FL (took a day)
Initial contact was made by calling the HR department and scheduling an interview. Upon arrival, a typical application for work was filled out, which included a background check. There was no need to bring a resume, and no personality or skill test was given. The interview was conducted with other applicants and consisted of an informal chat and explanation of the product and compensation package. An offer was then extended. If you do not have a real estate license, you will be required to take a drug test before starting training.

Interviewed Jun 2010 in Kissimmee, FL (took a day)
I interviewed at the westgate villas resort for a summer position. They were offering a couple of different positions and would ask which one i felt i was right for. The interview was done by two people, one of who kept coming and going. All in all the interview was very laid back and easy going, (almost too laid back and easy going to a point where it wasnt even that professional.) I thought I did good in the interview but two and half weeks later i havent gotten a call so I must not have.
