First the hiring manager contacted and asked about my experience and social life. Then a 1 to 1 interview setup and I had an hour interview with a head of structure division. He explained what they do and what responsibilities require for this job. I received the job offer but I declined cause it was the job was not challenging.

Had an initial interview with a HR rep. Nothing surprising there. I was then flown out for a one on one interview with a manager. I was given a list of possible questions ahead of time and all the questions came from that list. Pretty normal questions. "Tell me about a time that you did this or that...".

The interview was a panel interview with 5 scheduled participants, but only three showed up. I was basically questioned on behavioral type issues. It was a relatively easy interview, and they send you sample questions prior to the interview, so if you blow it, you probably have yourself to blame.

The interview with the hiring manager is comprised of behavioral questions which as you to remember yourself in a particular situation and then provide an answer as to how you reacted. There are typically 5-6 of these questions. The answer should be in the STAR format where you describe the Situation, the Task required of you, the Action you took, and the Result. There also will typically be follow-up questions to the initial question in which you will be asked to elaborate upon your answer and provide more details. The key to performing well is to prepare before the interview by remembering difficult situations you faced.

phone interview, one in person interview with hiring manager and another manager, interfaced with HR contact for initial setup/discussion as well as salary negotations. During interview it was mainly a behavioral type interview (generic "describe a situtation when.." discussion), no technical questions.
