1) My excessive commitment to a task - I have the tendency to commit to a task and overrun my normal hours of work to complete the task, I should learn to withdraw myself from achieving so high all the time. - Manager opinion

2) My relationship with colleagues - I would like to spend more time and socialize with my colleagues to understand who i work with and not just see them as 'work mates'. Knowing colleagues improves a better work efficient team - my own improvement
