Interview Question for Graduate Civil Engineer at URS:

Weakness: described how I'm naturally shy but that I'd worked extensively during my last three years in college to develop my people skills, that it was still a work in progress and I still put myself in situations where I have to build the skills. (I think the people that asked were taken aback by how honest I was with my answer, and respected me for it.)

Strengths: no ego in terms of doing what needs to be done for the success of an organization/project - always willing to help with whatever needs to be done
