Interview Question for Senior Consultant at MicroStrategy:

What! Am I applying for a customer service job at Target? I suppose MSTR may have many angry customers; that's why they asked this question.

My answer was 'GO to the Balcony.' A technique taught by Dr. William Ury, who co-founded Harvard's Program on Negotiation. I do not think that consultant was intelligent enough to understand what I was talking about.
