The most important part of customer service is making sure the customer always walks away with a positive experience. Even if that means changing their mind by changing their mood. First always be on the lookout for customers who look like they need assistance and make sure to help with a smile and a positive attitude. If encountered with a unhappy customer, the most important thing is to listen, even if you think you know what they are going to say. Listen and apologize before giving an answer. Sometimes they just want to vent, and that will change their experience completely. I know I have these skills because I have worked with the community a lot in my past job and community service for school. I know how to talk to people and give them a warm positive attitude. I'm great at active listening and problem solving and can always be there to help a customer.
