While I doubt any one of my skill sets is unique, it's the full complement of skills, the broad range that I bring to the table, that is unique. I had the opportunity to develop my career successfully in several key areas of the business (leasing, property management, acquisitions, due diligence, project management) where many people only have the opportunity in one or two areas. I'm a jane-of-all-trades, but can actually say I'm the master of several of them.
