I ordered something for a customer in the wrong colour, completely my mistake. They were two similar shades with similar names. I apologised to the customer, and asked, as they were not too different if they wanted to keep the item with a little compensation attached. They did'nt and I had to order new. I came clean to my boss about the problem and learnt to be more careful in future. Everyone gets one blunder!
