I said my weakness was a desire to see people get well quickly and I had to focus upon the disease process and reassure myself and the family that the delays that are seen during the healing process are normal and are part of the body repairing itself.

Interview Question for Staff Nurse at Nanticoke Memorial Hospital:

What is your biggest weakness? This is the hardest question because as a human we have faults but we don't want to be seen as incompetent, esp since we are in the care delivery field. We need to ensure our patients trust us.
