. Carefully, shortlist resumes based on the required criteria
. At the time of interview
  -Describe your organization
  -Describe the role and responsibility
  -Make sure the candidate likes the role before going further
  -Make sure the candidate knows their resume
  -Ask questions relevant to job
  -Make the interviewee talk most of the time
  -Your questions should be clear
  -Have an expected answer but do not expect the candidate to match it in full, see if the candidate has the capacity to answer
  -Do not interrupt while the candidate is answering
  -Ask one question at a time
  -At the end ask the candidate again if he likes the role
  -At the end give an opportunity to the candidate to ask any questions
