The interviewer clearly did not read the resume thoroughly at that time. He was actually more interested in how I presented myself and my communication, so I told "my story" which made it more personal.

I felt it was almost more like a personality fit test, which is tricky because it could go either way -- he/she loves you or hates you.

every thing in my resume indicates my achievement as i m here just b'cos of these summation. every achievement wether it is nt upto mark as it could be bt it lead me to contnue to inhance my performance than the pervious one.
