I worked at a carwash previously, and occasionally the equipment would damage a customer's vehicle. One of such customers had their antenna broken off and was quite angry. I sat in them in the main office while I contacted the owner so she could join us and help fill out the insurance paperwork. The customer was grateful for the help, although still upset by the damage to her vehicle.
