What would you do if one of your customers told you that

  they didn't like the way one of your teammates was serving them?

I would walk up to my coworker and ask them if they are ok, and if so then I'd let them know that their customer isn't pleased with the service that they have been giving them. Once acknowledged I'll let them know if no improvement then it'd have to be brought up to the manager.
