Interview Question for Software Consultant at Perceptive Software:

IF MY FLIGHT WAS DELAYED 2 HOURS:
First Things first... If I am on “company business” and my flight is delayed 2 hrs:
1.) VERIFY if my flight is really delayed, canceled or whatever. Delayed flights have a tendency for be canceled due to bad weather, Homeland Security issues and such. And ALWAYS monitor the flight status.
2.) I would highly recommend and contact my appropriate employer rep (your supervisor, etc...) and let them know. This is especially important if I am meeting/working that same day.
3.) If and depending on the type of company meeting, I would make sure I or someone on my end contacts the party on the destination end. Is a car scheduled to be waiting for me or am I simply arriving a day early (going straight to the hotel to acclimate/chill)?
4.) Check my email, voicemail and such to verify that there are no additional constraints hampering my “CHI” (Wiki or Google it)...
5.) finally... spend my time trying to better understand the clients system (a previous answer from a brown-noser).
