I would never argue with the costumer, but I would not admit to a mistake either. If admit to the problem that means that Jamba Juice as a whole is responsible. What I would do is just say a lot of, "Sorry's" in the matter of: I'm sorry that happened to you, here let me go out of my way to make it better for you.
