Interview Question for Customer Service Representative at RRI Energy, Inc:

I would request the help of my supervisor when and only when I've given the customer an ample amount of time to vent tried using soft skills to redirect the callers's attention on the real reason he or she called and I feel as though I'm still about to loose the caller I'll then seek the help of my supervisor after exhausting all avenues.
