Interview Question for Human Resources at Kaiser Permanente:

I responded that I currently am passionate in my current role. The content of my work and who I work with is very important to me. I would like to continue what I am doing in building upon my portfolio of experiences. I also indicated that in this day and age with the down economy I did not see planning my career move beyond two years. (On a side note, I am at a mid-career level. I see this question as more relevant to early career people.)
