1. How's the view from your position and just beyond you?
2. In consideration of your training and employee development plan, my plan is to develop at a much faster rate than my peers and prepare myself to move up significantly.
3. I see succession planning as an effective strategy, so I will be working to follow your path in a push-pull fashion; as you move up, you pull me with you and we build a Management Team together.
