Basically i walked in and the general manager loved my smile and personality. i was overall pleasant. had a positive attitude and great first appearance. I took a test and 2 days later i recieved a call back. That day i officially became a team member. :-)

Everything is good. Advice i give is just to smile at all times. if you can do that the job is yours!

I sat down and talked with the general manager she was a very nice lady she asked me if I was to become a white castle employer and I was taking an order how would I greet the customer I replied Hello welcome to white castle how may I help you. Then she asked me a few more questions and said she would love to have me as apart of her team.

Interviewed Jun 2010 in Columbus, OH (took 8 weeks)
The process started with two rounds of interviews with HR people about 3 weeks apart. I After 5 weeks I interviewed in person with a panel of 4-5 people and was asked written out questions. I also had to do a 2 hour case study. The weakness is that the questions were all standardized and their was no prompting, request for elaboration or comment from the interviewees - they just took notes stoicly.
