Director of Marketing at White Castle

No Offer – Interviewed in Columbus, OH Jun 2010 – Reviewed Jan 12, 2011

Interview Details – The process started with two rounds of interviews with HR people about 3 weeks apart. I After 5 weeks I interviewed in person with a panel of 4-5 people and was asked written out questions. I also had to do a 2 hour case study. The weakness is that the questions were all standardized and their was no prompting, request for elaboration or comment from the interviewees - they just took notes stoicly.

Interview Question – There was a written case study about a market that they were supposedly entering. Entering the market made no sense b/c it was not right.   View Answer
