Interview Details –
My interview went very well,I was interviewed by the General Manager. He asked me some basic questions pertaining to my work background. He then started to talk about the job and
what it entails. He asked me would I be able to work the hrs. 11p.m.-7a.m. ? I told him yes,he asked me have I ever did this kind of work,(fast food). The good thing that came out of the
interview,is I was hired the same day.

Interview Details – The process started with two rounds of interviews with HR people about 3 weeks apart. I After 5 weeks I interviewed in person with a panel of 4-5 people and was asked written out questions. I also had to do a 2 hour case study. The weakness is that the questions were all standardized and their was no prompting, request for elaboration or comment from the interviewees - they just took notes stoicly.
Interview Question – There was a written case study about a market that they were supposedly entering. Entering the market made no sense b/c it was not right. View Answer
