Interviewed May 2011 in Honolulu, HI (took 3 weeks)
Had phone interview, told me how awesome I was and how well she liked my answers to her questions. Said she would schedule a 1:1 in a city closer to me... never heard another word. Very unprofessional, from my point of view.
In retrospect, I'm certain it was because I was not enthusiastic over their very, very low salary. Not a living wage in Honolulu. She could have been honest with me instead of a big black hole. No interest in working for this company. Period.

I was seeked out by a recruiter and immediately interviewed with the recruiter and store manager. The interview took maybe 20 minutes. We discussed job history and its relevance to the open position. I spoke to hypothetical situations and what I had to offer in the job role as a leader.
