Was contacted by a out-side recruiter for this role. Sceduled an in-person interview, and flew out. Interviewed with a potential peer, direct manager, HR and Brand manager. Most questions were regarding consumer promotion knowledge base and work style.

Process took forever. Very unorganized and the HR Mgr would not call back for weeks at a time.

Interviewed with potential manager first, then her boss who was visiting from headquarter. Next steps would have been a visit to headquarter for more interviews. Two people I met were friendly - interview process was conversational with questions intermixed.
