Interviewed Oct 2011 in Baltimore, MD (took 2 months)
This is for a soon to graduate college student, I assume most interviews with WT would be similar.
Initial contact was at a college career fair, the standard chat and resume.
Follow up interview was on campus about a month later. Was a 1 on 1 interview with a Project Manager. Pretty standard get to know you type questions.
Was contacted a few weeks later for a second interview at their headquarters. They offered to fly me in, hotel, ect. Interview day started in the morning, talked to a few VPs, a couple younger Project Engineers. Was followed by a trip out to a local job site, talk/informal interview with a few more people.
All in all it was fairly laid back, it was early in the recruitment season, WT trying to grab a few of the best before they were taken. I was not offered a position, but I would say the experience was still positive.

Interviewed Mar 2010 (took 2 days)
Interviewed with a Vice President, a Project Manager, and a Project Engineer. Last two were former interns themselves, really helped describe exactly what the job would be like. Not intimidatiing or uncomfortable at all, very welcoming and informative. Be ready to explain exactly why you want to work for WT.
