Interviewed Jan 2012 (took a day)
In person interview but I never heard from him eventhought I had been working at whole foods for over 10 years. The least he could have done is said I am sorry I passed. I have bakery experience from working at other wfm stores. He seemed to be a newly hired bakery team leader. Did not know what a part time employee was or a seasonal employee.

Interviewed Mar 2009 in New York, NY (took 2 days)
The interview was through some sort of governmental recruiting office. it was a mass hiring. I waited almost 8 hours before i was actually interviewed and then interviewer told me that they probably WOULDN'T want to hire me because i had a college degree! Even still she approved me and I was scheduled for an actual interview with Whole Foods. The second interview day was over 8 hours mostly waiting. At the end of the day some one finally saw me and he spent most of the time telling me all the things he was stressed out about.

Interviewed Feb 2011 (took 2 weeks)
I applied online then stopped into the store. I met with the Team Leader who then introduced me to the Assistant Store Team Leader. I was advised to make contact with as many Team Members throughout the store as possible before the interview. I was also to have a 30, 60, 90 day 'action plan' to discuss at the interview. All of the questions listed on other glassdoor reviews were asked.

Interviewed Apr 2010 in Dallas, TX (took 2 days)
I submitted my application online and was called within three days for a one on one interview in the cafe. Very informal with some really easy run of the mill type questions. Was called the next day and was told I was not accepted for candicay but my information would be forwarded to other stores.
