Sat down with the Department Manager and Assistant Mgr, answered typical interview questions - Tell me about a time you provided exceptional service, etc, then interviewed with the store assistant manager. Offered job on the spot. Just talk about how passionate you are about great customer service and you'll be fine.

Interviewed Mar 2009 in Denver, CO (took a day)
Went in a group interview at the new store that was opening up. there were about 12 other applicants. We all had to introduce ourselves.
we each sat down with a interviewer and were asked basic questions like:
"Why Should we hire you". "tell me about a time when you solved a problem at one of your former jobs" .
Then we were switched in a clockwise rotation to the next interviewer for more questions.
Took about 2 hours and they said they would contact us within the week if we get another interview.
