Interviewed Nov 2009 in Pasadena, CA (took a day)
Easy 5 minute phone interview followed by a very relaxed in person interview. Maybe 20 minutes of basic questions and was offered the job the same day.

Interviewed Jan 2011 in Atlanta, GA (took a day)
I was interviewed by a panel of three team members that consisted of the Associate Grocery Team Leader, Frozen Buyer Team Member, and Store Leadership. All three were very friendly and the interview was pretty laid back which took place in their conference room. I was asked to start by telling them about myself and why I wanted to work for Whole Foods. I was asked if I looked on the website about their culture, mission, values, etc. I was also asked what do I know about Whole Foods. All other questions were more related to see if you would fit the position. The interview only took 10-15 minutes. At the end, I was asked if I had any upcoming vacation or time away in the next six months. I received a call the next day notifying me that they chose someone else, which was greatly appreciated.
