Fill out application online. Take a personality test online, fairly straight forward. Interview which consists of mental maths questions and a number of scenario questions with ABCD options to answer. Quite formal and ask some questions about experience in a busy environment, working under pressure. Full training is given and no experience with gambling is necessary.
