applied online, phone interview the next day. invited to a face-to-face interview with three employees (paralegal manager, office manager and paralegal)...interview was 6 weeks ago, and after many attempts to reach my interviewer, i never heard back. unprofessional.

The interview process was simple and fast, and occurred very early on in the process. I submitted my resume and days later was invited for an interview. During the interview, the interviewer spoke more than I did - she talked a lot about the job, the company and the people who work there. Most of the questions she asked me related to my interests and how I spent my free time.
