The process took 4+ weeks - interviewed at WinCup in March 2010.
Interview Details – Initial phone interview with hiring manager followed by a face to face with hiring manager, followed by a meeting in the office with the CFO and HR, followed by another interview with VP Sales, VP Ops and CEO. This was followed by a phone call from the hiring manager asking if I was interested in an offer. That was followed by an offer over the phone
Reason for Declining – The process from start to finish was unusual. They had had a bad experience with a previous hire and had gone overboard trying to prevent this from happening again. They were inflexible and while I liked the hiring manager, felt they expected a lot for what they were offering.
