I hd 2 rounds of interview at greater noida location.
First I got a call to come on saturday for walkin interview.
After reaching there i got to know that the technical panel was not available. the person who took my interview does not know dot of Dot net (my technology)
Still he asked me few questions on SQL and selected me. HR told they will get back to me in 2-3 days and I left for the day.
Then on Wednesday HR contacted me and asked me to appear for another round of interview next saturday.
Then at the 2nd interview, the panel had came from bangalore. Interview went for almost 40min and the interviewer asked each and every possible concept of dot net.

Not much they asked just want to fill the post so they just asked some good questions to check the candidates and if they feel it will be no problem, they took the candidates in.

Its their choice...salary discussions will never be good as they need cheap employees to get in...quantity matters not quality...so no scope of money :)

Excellent Interview process and no long waits. Well organized.
Advice to candidates: Read all clauses properly, discuss salary extensively and get a detailed explanation on the breakup including incentives.
Work culture is good, co-operative people with lots of growth opportunities within the company, just need to stay with a strong foot-hold.

College recruitment:
All the activities were conducted in 1 Day
1. A Presentation from wipro representative about wipro culture , ethics policies etc..
2. An aptitude test(Quant,DI,Puzzles,C,C++,java,).
3. Declaration of selected candidates within 2 hours of the test completion.
4. A technical interview lasting from 20 mins to 1 hour(1-1 interview)
5. An HR interview lasting from 5 mins to 20 mins(1-1 interview)
6.Declaration of results within 2 hours of completion of HR interview round for all the selected candidates.

The Interviewer was not from Interview panel and there is no such panel in the company. Some seniors will take the Interview and send the feedback to the manager. Manager will just ask the basic self introduction and send the information to HR. Then HR will call and collect the details and give the offer. There is no chance of negotitation.

The Interview and the Hiring process was very smooth, but my manager had no cluse like when and where i was hired and how should he reach me,There were 3 technicall round which was easy and one hR round which was very good, The HR manager knew how to speak to an to be employee and it was very good, back ground check was very bad.
