Interviewed Aug 2011 (took 2 weeks)
First came in for a one on one interview with behavioral questions and was invited back. The group interview was integrated with BBAs and MBAs. Most of the candidates were quiet, which gave a chance for me to stand out in front of the quiet observer, but I was concerned that I may come off as domineering. The offered salary was commensurate with the average ambition of the candidates. If you're looking for something challenging, look elsewhere. Was offered $50k with $3 moving expenses compensated (the relocated you annually instead of flying you to the client and basing you in one city). Most alumni from my university left within a year because they ended up paying out of pocket for relocating.
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
Pay was not on par with other consulting firms. Half the alumni I spoke with that worked in the same position left within one year, citing out of pocket moving expenses and unorganized management.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview and a Group/Panel Interview.

Interviewed Dec 2011 in Atlanta, GA (took 4 days)
I was contacted by a recruiter for a Business Analyst position. I expressed interest so my resume was submitted. The next day, I received a call from HR to schedule a technical interview for later that day. The technical interview was very easy, just walking through my resume and experience. The next day, I received a call from HR to schedule an in-person interview. I came in that next day. Again, the interview was very simple, no difficult questions. It was easier than the technical interview. About 2 hours later, HR called and gave a verbal offer.
