Interviewed Apr 2010 (took 4 months)
This interview was for a very senior position.
The screening and telephone interview process was well organized and communication was very timely and friendly.
I had a face to face interview with a senior exec in healthcare. He didn't seem prepared for the interview. At first I tried to have a positive approach to that open ended approach but quickly realized that the lack of focus made it difficult to know what to talk about/focus on. It was uncomfortable and I felt that I wasn't 'doing well'. However, he spent 5 hours with me - - That was confusing.
He told me that I'd hear from them.
At that point the friendly communication ended. Totally. I wasn't even informed how to process my expenses. After 4 weeks I followed up with the HR contact person. She sent me a form with instructions. Ultimately it took me four (4!) months to be reimbursed for my travel. I had to provide my bank routing number to get a bank transfer for India.
Okay - I understand if I wasn't a fit for the job - but seriously, why not just have a whole open in the floor and drop me through it? Ultimately I was very disappointed that I was so disregarded. I'd rather have the front end service more aligned with the back end.

Interviewed Jan 2008 in Pune (India) (took a day)
There were two rounds of interview. The first round was telephonic. It lasted for forty five minutes. The interviewer started by asking for self introduction. Asked me to describe currect project. Also asked me on previous projects as well. Then asked lot of Technical questions from my skill set. I could answer every thing Most of the time we were in discussion mode. Then he asked me on my expectation. Ened by saying if I have any questions.
The 2nd round was face to face. I was asked some technical questions and something related to project. It was followed by HR interview.
