    initial contact by the company HR, cordial HR and will provide sufficient information about the company. there will be one or two Technical interviews followed by an HR interview. There may be a client interview if you are directly being hired for a project. Not very good follow up/updates by the HR/staffing person during the negotiation phase.

    2 technical and 1 hr round. First two technical rounds had good technical questions and questions related to project management skills. Hiring process was quick and fair. They took time to come to a conclusion in salary discussions.

    It was a campus placement and involved the following 3 rounds:
    Aptitude test, Technical Interview and HR Interview.
    The aptitude test required speed.
    In the technical interview they tested the c language basics.
    The HR interview just checked the basic communication skills.

    Followed by final round of technical interview. For off campus interview questions asked was more related to projects done. Technical interview was in two phase telephonic follow by 1 to 1.

    Followed by final HR call which extend to multiple days.
