Not much they asked just want to fill the post so they just asked some good questions to check the candidates and if they feel it will be no problem, they took the candidates in.
Negotiation Details
Its their choice...salary discussions will never be good as they need cheap employees to get in...quantity matters not quality...so no scope of money :)

Interviewed Sep 2011 (took a day)
The interview was more of like confidence test. The interviewer asked many questions from my curriculum subjects and IT technologies like cloud computing, Java, web development. The interview was 1 on 1. And it ended with me qualifying for the HR round . The interviewer said that he liked my confidence during the interview when i asked him on the feed back of my performance during the interview.. The HR interview followed which was also about confidence and it was also important to check the candidates communication skills in particular.

Interviewed Jan 2010 in Bangalore (India) (took a day)
Excellent Interview process and no long waits. Well organized.
Advice to candidates: Read all clauses properly, discuss salary extensively and get a detailed explanation on the breakup including incentives.
Work culture is good, co-operative people with lots of growth opportunities within the company, just need to stay with a strong foot-hold.

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Pune (India) (took a day)
I was interviewed by a single person asking questions with a couple of others sitting besides.
I was done with my interview in 30 straight mins. I believe the reason was that my interview was scheduled by a recruiter outside Wipro and the time slot was booked. People who were there for interview (those that were called by Wipro's HR/recruitment team) were sitting from last 3 hrs.
They focused mainly on the core technical skills while checking some of my management/lead expertise. As stated earlier, the interview lasted only 30 mins after while the HR went for lunch and were back after 45 mins.
I was asked to submit the required documents along with a letter stating that I take full responsibility of the gap I had after my graduation and before joining.
Wipro seems to be very particular about the documentation and process.
Within next 3 days, the HR co-ordinated with me for the scanned copies of following documents -
1. Std 10th+ Mark memos & certifs.
2. Passport
3. past 3 mon. Payslips of current company
4. PAN / Acknowledgement of application.
5. ID of current company {Original}
6. Earlier Company Relieving/Experience Letter {*past 2 companies worked or 5yrs which is higher}
7. 2 Passport size photographs
8. Earlier companies Offer Letter {past 2 companies or 5yrs. which is higher}
9. Form 16/Saral Form or bank statements {1/each company employed, two companies or 5yrs. -which is higher}
10. Offer letter for current companies worked & past hike letter.
and I was offered an offer letter.
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
The package %hike although was 25-30%, the cash in hand was significantly low in Wipro and thus not very lucrative at this package/salary in hand.
Also, the base salary was lower/reduced as compared to my current package.
