Interviewed Apr 2007 (took 3+ weeks)
Kept many candidates waiting for too long. Did not even provide any water for the multiple whole day interviews. Panel members left at end of day without informing prospective candidates, we found out from the security guards later that no more interviews would happen on that day. Was very unpleasant, and totally unprofessional. Some interviewers more interested in region/locality and insisted on speaking in regional languages, despite English being the stated language of business.

I applied In-Person and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview and a Background Check.
