Interviewed Nov 2009 in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture (Japan) (took 3 weeks)
Requirements are not clear in the job description. It would have taken a minute to decide to attend the interview or not if that requirement was mentioned in the description.

Interviewed Jun 2011 in Hyderabad (India) (took 3 months)
I have been interviewed by Wipro Technology, Hyderabad on 4th June. The interview consisted of 3 rounds - Technical, Managerial and HR. I went succesfully through the first round of interview. Next, I cleared the Managerial round also. After this, the HR asked me to fill the forms and told that they will get back to me after 1 week.

Negotiation Details
Wipro HR called me next day after my interview to submit all the documents. On the very next day, I submitted all my documents. After this, the negotiation started and they made the final salary offer. I accepted the offer.
However, even after 3 months(starting from 4th June), they have still not rolled out the offer letter to me citing various reasons for delay. I would suggest not to give any interview of this company(Wipro Technologis). It has been really tiring expereince for me and now I have stopped chasing them.

Interviewed Sep 2010 in Pune (India) (took 6 days)
I was contacted by a Mumbai based Consultany. Next day I got a call from the Wipro HR and she collected all the relevant information. The interview schedule was put to two days later. I went to the Wipro Office in Greater Noida. There I went through 3 rounds of interviews: One telephonic, face to face and finally video conf.
The interviews went smoothly. The level of questions were not too high. Sticking to basics and able to express clearly were the key factors. At one point a question went into a loop of questions, but since I had handled such situations previously I got through. Salary Negotiation was not tough. Overall smooth sailing.

Interviewed Dec 2009 in Mumbai (India) (took 2+ weeks)
I was basically being recruited for CITOS (Citigroup IT Operations), which was acquired by Wipro sometime back.
The phone interview was for Java technology, which mainly asked for Core Java and Multithreading, some JDBC, and Database concepts.
Later was called for in person interview, where I needed o design a Java program for a problems. It was to be done on hard paper without any access to computer or books. The problem was related to multithreading and core java. Later on the same day, a panel of Americans and Indian took my technical interview through conference.
I was called for HR interview after some days.

Interviewed Feb 2010 (took 3 days)
Interview process was exhausting as it was a walk in, so there were lots of candidates. 1 st round consists of C skill test, if you were able to clear that then next was face to face interview.
Hiring was not targeted, they will promise you something else and finally you will end up in entirely different domain!!

Do not accept offer on the basis of their empty promises. There is no targeted hiring in this organization and no preference will be given to your technical interest and ambitions.

Interviewed May 2010 in Bangalore (India) (took a day)
I reached the interview venue on time. But I was made to wait for 3 hours to meet the interview panel. This was the case for everybody who had come to the venue that day. It was poorly managed and I could see everybody was frustrated.
Finally when I was called up, the person interviewing me took a peek at the resume, asked a couple of basic questions, then background questions on my current projects and finally asked me to write pseudo code using data structures. It went reasonable well and finally the person said the HR would get in touch for further rounds.
But I havent heard back from the despite 2 weeks having passed. I got the feeling my expected CTC was beyond what they were offering
