Interviewed May 2010 in Bangalore (India) (took a day)
Interview consisted of a written test, 2 rounds of group discussion, 1 round of technical interview and 1 hr round. Entire process was completed within a day. The written test consisted of MCQs and an essay writing. It was quite difficult. The rest of the rounds were very good. They were only looking for candidates who have a very good self confidence. Interviewed Jun 2011 (took a day)
I think it was a hiring drive. The interview was held on a weekend and they were interviewing several people. The interview started with a 1:1 interview with a technical person, a project lead I think. The questions were more of practical and scenario based questions. Questions asked were what is MVC and why this was being used, how do you go about doing estimates, how do you explain the internet to a non-technical person. If the interview went well they would ask you to fill-up some forms and then an interview with an HR person. Mostly questions to gauge your personality, like why do you wish to change jobs, what are your hobbies, and then he'll explain some company background.
