Interviewed Feb 2012 (took 4 days)
Answered their ad from craigslist. They called the next day. Then, I was set up for a phone interview with a recruiter. After passing that phase, I was contacted by the hiring manager for a 1:1 interview. After a few questions at the 1:1 (Tell me a bit about yourself, What's your experience in sales, Tell me about some of your sales experience), I was offered the job.

Interviewed Aug 2011 in Seekonk, MA (took 2 days)
I applied online, they called me for a phone interview, offered me the job, had me meet with a regional supervisor and I started 3 weeks later. I was excited to start and was glad to be able to get a job since the economy isn't so great and "flexible hours" since I am a college student. Trust me, It was all downhill after I started working for WA.

Don't even bother working for this company. They tell you how great it is, you start working, make absolutely no money, half the hours they promised you and a huge headache. If you want to work in mobile sales I suggest going to the companies directly... not this 3rd party sales company

Interviewed Jun 2009 (took 2 days)
The hiring manager was friendly and made me feel comfortable through the interview process. He asked me various questions about my work history and how it pertained to the job I was hiring for. I was sure to be confident in my ability to talk about how working in the food industry I learned how when talking with people you need to learn how to listen more then you talk so you can understand what it is they need so that you can fill that need. He was impressed with that response and offered me a challenge, it was to sell him a notebook. I took the notebook assessed the situation and dove in with a friendly greeting, proceeded to ask him some questions about his notebook needs, perhaps was it for travel? did he need it to work outdoors, indoors or both? I was open-ended with several of the questions to ensure conversation, In what ways do you take notes now? After gathering enough "ammo" I proceeded to ask for the sale (This is a must in any sales job you apply for to demonstrate this ability) I said well Gill*(name changed) based on what you told me this notebook is perfect for you, I proceeded to repeat back some of the "features" we talked about and suggested he buy a pack of pens (I eyed sitting on the table) as it would complement his purchase well. He shook my hand said he was sold. He even offered incite on how I was one of the few to spot the pens and offer them as well, where I could of improved was mentioning the advantages of getting the notebook from myself vs anywhere else but I made up for it by being very direct when asking for the sale. We talked some more about the types of hours I could work, and availability of a possible start date which hinted the position would soon be mine. The next day I had a phone interview with a very charismatic district manager who offered a lot of insight about himself had a few questions for me then congratulated me on receiving a contegent offer and pending drug and background test being a part of the team. I was thrilled as a friend of mine working for the company had been doing very well and I was excited to become apart of it.

Negotiating in a sales job is simple, your hourly pay is just a base any good salesman will tell you that you should learn your product, be confident, and ask for the sale. Other then that its a numbers game, the more people you talk to the more people you can close, the more you make.
Other Details
I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Skills Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

Interviewed Apr 2009 in Honolulu, HI (took 5 days)
Had phone interview first then had face to face first interview with the district manager and a second face to face interview with the regional manager. I was offered the position immediately and it took about 5 days for all my paperwork, But about a week for the drug screen and everything to come back. The drug screen results coming back was probably the longest part of the hiring process .
