First ask some algorithm questions, and ask me to implement one algorithm. The question is giving a string such as aabbbaa, and implement an algorithm to output the longest consecutive letter(in this example,it's 'b'). I need to finish the algorithm in 10 minutes and send to interviewer. After the algorithm question, I was asked some C++ conception, such as polymorphism and inheritance.

The process took 4 weeks - interviewed at Wireless Generation, Inc. in April 2012.

    Interview Details

Started with a recruiter, after giving my resume waited 3 weeks, the moved onto phone interview, then was brought for two separate onsite interviews. Overall their side of things through this was very disorganized, and communication wasn't good. It appears that the company is expanding faster than they can actually handle and the engineers are not really well versed in how to interview (other than to grill you technically). Some of the questions asked in one interview were re-asked in a similar way, and the different people asking would want completely different solutions.
