Received email after submitting my resume through the website for a telephone interview. Communication was clear and timely after the telephone interview. Was called for an assessment center at the HQ with other graduates. The assessment day lasted for about half a day and included a team exercise, technical interview and a short presentation on a given topic

Technical written test - consists of questions from both digital & analogue circuit design, CMOS basics, logic gates, op amp basics, RLC circuit theory, some DSP stuff. You're allotted about an hour to complete the test.
Then, the interview consists of reviewing those questions & reasoning out your approach to the problem than the actaul final answer/solution itself.

I interviewed online. The process took a day - interviewed at Wolfson Microelectronics in April 2008.

    Interview Details

Submitted a CV and cover letter, after two weeks got invitation to an interview (was asked to prepare to talk about a recent project that I've completed). During the interview they gave an overall introduction about the company, then I had to present the project to two senior engineers (around 20 mins) and then the technical question session began: various multithreading issues, algorithms (in C resembling pseudo-code, i.e. they're not bothered if you miss a semicolon) and some software design issues.
However, everyone was really supportive and the inside atmosphere in company is great; they'll push you, but they'll also give you a hand when you need it.
